Facility Information:
A high maintenance facility aimed at producing quality horses/foals for customers. Can house up to thirty horses on the property, this is not including foals or brood/studs clients have brought in for breeding purposes. After certification, the breeding facility owner may own an additional +4 horses onto their maximum horse cap, these MUST be used and housed on their facility. Horses being offered for breeding HAVE to be housed on the facility. You may register a co-owner for the facility, after this they may also use their horses on the facility without exceeding the 30 total. You should not have any personal homes in this area, nor entities minus horses due to the large horse increase.
Breeding facilities may breed a small amount of horses to keep for future breeding lines and personal use, however this should not be the main activity happening at your facility.
Breeding facilities may do discounts, offers, etc at their own discretion. Likewise they can also offer their own set of rules within reason, although the server encourages players to charge more for sought after coats and provides clients with an additional fee to keep stallions intact for population control and realism.
Stud horses must be removed from the stall after breeding with the dam.
Foals must stay with their dam until they have hit 4 months of age.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 barns (1 for dams and foals).
- Mares and stallions must have separate housing/turnout - may be housed in the same barn with a clear gap/divide.
- Property must have a decorated office with facility information.
- Follow basic guidelines for stalls and pastures.
