| How do I get a starter horse? |
Complete your starter questline after /server transfer to your home server! Ensure you've followed your questline using the Quest Book provided at the hub of your home server after /server transfer. Complete your questline and claim your starter horse, this will be a spawn egg that you can right click and get a horse from. Your horse will spawn as a breedable, rideable 3 year old in the model you've selected with a randomized breed/sex/height. You do not have to keep it. |

| Can I build with my friend(s)? |
You can! However please note it's a maximum (by default) of 16 animals of each type within a 12 chunk radius (25 for horses!). We advise spreading your animals/claims/properties out in order to not overlap on your caps! Animals stored via Mob Capturing Tool (or other storage devices) need to be clearly labelled with each player's username due to our mob caps.
If you are specifically wanting to play on the same home server as a friend, please open an “Other” ticket after filling in your whitelist (BEFORE JOINING) so we can move you to the appropriate server if needed. Please specify the name of your friend's home server. We are not able to transfer players if they fail to notify us, please note it may take a moment to process your request as this is manual. |
| How do I earn money? |
Growing crops to craft into goods are effective ways of earning money at our market area at spawn! Recipes that require more ingredients and time to craft will yield a larger payout compared to basic crops and items. Our market features rotating stock and prices. |
| How many animals/mobs can I have? |
Maximum 16 per species (e.g., 16 dogs, 16 cats, 16 sheep, etc.). Horses have a default cap of 25, which can be increased by supporting the server. Additional animal/mob or horse caps may also be obtained through specific facility types, but these extra slots are only for facility purposes. By default, you may house an additional 20 of each species via storage (mob capturing tool, bucket, tank, etc), With the exception of horses, horses should ONLY be mob balled for quick transport. Bucketed tropical fish (captured with the intention for breeding) are an exception to the storage cap as they are used as a breeding item for Axolotls, though please be sensible. |
| How do I get materials / animals? |
For material gathering and collecting animals players should utilize our Resource World (The Outlands)! You can transfer here by using /server The-Outlands - this is a completely separate world in order to make sure our main world doesn't too large. Please note this world is cleared, you should not be building/claiming areas in this world as it is purely for resources - do not leave animals/horses behind. If you need to transfer back to the main worlds, use /server and tab to view the list of areas. To transport animals to and from the resource world, you can obtain a Mob Capturing Tool. You can do /rtp in order to teleport to a random location in the resource world.
Please note that mob spawns are disabled (both hostile and passive) in all home servers, plus our event world in order to help with entity lag. The Outlands is accessible to everyone in order to collect animals and gather resources! |
| What is Animal Welfare? |
Animal Welfare ensures livestock are properly cared for and helps maintain lag-free gameplay. All players should follow welfare standards, except staff in special cases like events or temporary server areas. For more information, refer to the animal welfare section at the top of the site! |
| How do I contact staff? |
If a staff member is online and the issue is minor, please ask if they're available in chat - please note that our amazing staff members can have a lot going across their chat at once (commands, etc), if they miss a message, you are not being ignored. For urgent issues (eg. someone being extremely disruptive in the chat), ping an online staff member or DM one. For non-urgent matters, check the questions channel, FAQ, or ask another player in the community if it's a question. |
