Facility Information:
A training facility is a facility for those looking to actively work with horses in exchange for a profit. This facility is similar to boarding, however horses boarded at a training facility MUST have a training package alongside it. Trainers may train horses on the client's property or on their own dedicated grounds if wanted.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 barns (1 recommended for stallions).
• Minimum 2 arenas.
• Minimum 2 pastures.
• 1 roundpen (minimum 12x12).
• Office containing facility information.
• Provide dedicated storage for any boarders (e.g., lockers, chests).
• Must offer at least two different training services (e.g., speed training, jump training).
• Horses boarded at the facility MUST have a training package.
